Number of ITOPS Per Year: 2008 - 3,273 2007 - 3,756 2006 - 3,987 2005 - 3,827 2004 - 3,469 2003 - 3,608 2002 - 3,924 2001 - 3,998 2000 - 3,941 Data Notes: 1) Death information does not include those individuals who died from HIV/AIDS 2) Cell size restriction is applied when numerator (number of cases) is 5 or less
