Hawaii Health Data Warehouse

The Fetal Death record data consists of information captured by the Department of Health (DOH) from the issuance of Fetal Death records. HHDW reports for death can be analyzed by Age, Geography, Year of Birth and Death, Facility, Gender and Race-Ethnicity.

Data Notes:
1) Death information does not include those individuals who died from HIV/AIDS.
2) Cell size restriction is applied when numerator (number of cases) is 5 or less.
3) Number of fetal deaths listed above includes all fetal deaths occurring in the state. Fetal death reports are limited to residents of Hawaii.
