The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) exists to protect and improve the health and environment for all people in Hawai`i. The Hawaii Health Data Warehouse was created by DOH under the Healthy Hawaii Initiative, which is funded by the Hawaii Tobacco Settlement Funds. The Healthy Hawaii Initiative is the liaison between DOH programs and the Hawaii Health Data Warehouse.
