HHDW reports for death can be analyzed by Age, Geography, Year of Birth and Death, Facility, Gender and Race-Ethnicity. Number of Deaths per year (not including Fetal Deaths and ITOPS): 2008 - 9,550 2007 - 9,604 2006 - 9,601 2005 – 9,301 2004 - 9,219 2003 - 9,153 2002 - 8,960 2001 - 8,581 2000 - 8,485 Data Notes: 1) Death information does not include those individuals who died from HIV/AIDS 2) Cell size restriction is applied when numerator (number of cases) is 5 or less
